Tkabat's Terms and Conditions

Tkabat (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "tkabat") is an online betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of all tkabat services.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and tkabat. By creating an account or using any service on tkabat, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.
• You are entering into this agreement voluntarily.
• Online betting is legal in your area.

Tkabat reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

Tkabat may request a national ID, passport, or other documents for KYC verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account.

The following rules apply when placing bets on tkabat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Sufficient balance must be maintained for each bet.
• Tkabat reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a system error.
• In live betting, bets may be voided due to network delays.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, settlement will follow tkabat's own rules.

Tkabat reserves the right to suspend or void any bet if suspicious betting patterns are detected. Any bets linked to match fixing or manipulation of any kind will be considered completely void.

Tkabat supports Bangladesh's major payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳ 5,00,000
• Deposits are generally credited instantly.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Providing the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳ 500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳ 2,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified payment method.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 12 hours.

To prevent money laundering, tkabat follows international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold pending investigation.

Tkabat offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are listed on the relevant offer page.

General Bonus Rules:

• If a promo code applies at the time of registration, it must be entered to qualify for the bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• A maximum odds limit may apply to bets placed using bonus balance.
• Bonus offers are generally valid for 7–30 days.

Tkabat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is suspected, tkabat may cancel the bonus and launch an account investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkabat. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus system abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Use of software bots or automated tools.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraud.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other members.
• Registering with a fake identity or false information.

Tkabat may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions.
• An order from a court or regulatory authority.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance can be withdrawn before closure, provided it meets the Terms and Conditions.

Tkabat is not liable for:

• Bets lost due to internet connection failure.
• Losses caused by issues with your device or software.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Tkabat's maximum liability shall not exceed the original amount of the transaction in question under any circumstances.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

• Step 1: Contact our support team via live chat or email to raise your complaint.
• Step 2: If the matter is not resolved within 48 hours, please submit a formal complaint.
• Step 3: Independent mediation assistance may be sought if necessary.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Tkabat may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
